NEXT: Emeryville Public Art Master Plan

Designing Local has begun work for the City of Emeryville, California on its first-ever public art master plan. Our team will work with closely with Emeryville’s Economic Development Department, the Public Art Committee, and the community to “develop guidance for the Art in Public Places program, to expand public art throughout Emeryville and assist in setting priorities for public art improvements in alignment with the City’s Capital Improvement Plan over the next two to five years”

Emeryville has long been known for its forward-thinking expressive arts, and we are excited about the new discoveries and ideas that will emerge over the next months.
