Mansfield, Ohio Historic Preservation Plan Kickoff

We are excited to announce this week marks the kickoff of the Mansfield, Ohio Historic Preservation Plan Update.

Mansfield has started a journey to update its Historic Preservation Plan, written in the 1970’s.  Teaming with Benjamin D. Rickey & Co.,  the team will review the historic themes in Mansfield,  develop creative economic development tools for preserving historic structures, will identify historic resources available to Mansfield, educate the public on how preservation encourages attachment to place, and will create a training program for the Historic Preservation Committee of Mansfield.
