NEXT: Chamblee Arts Master Plan
We are very excited to announce our newest project: the Chamblee Arts Master Plan.
Just 14 miles northeast of Atlanta inside the 285 loop, Chamblee is a dynamic and flourishing city ripe for investment in the Arts.
Chamblee began as a small rail town incorporated in 1908, and since then has grown to almost 8 square miles and over 29,000 residents, with a steady stream of redevelopment since 2000. This past July, the city adopted a Master Plan whose purpose is to create a “Town Center destination” in the City’s historic downtown. The Arts Master Plan will focus on engaging with the community to understand how to move into the future with art as a focal point of community and economic development, and on guaranteeing sustainable success in the future.
We look forward to partnering with the Multi-Modal Transportation Plan leaders this December in a joint kickoff public meeting, and engaging with community members about their vision for the Arts in Chamblee at our booth in the Holiday Extravaganza! Be sure to check our website frequently for updates as we move throughout the planning process.
